Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
  • Attempt to contact the user who posted the content to notify them of the takedown
  • Provide the complaining party with confirmation of the takedown action taken

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Counter-notifications must be written and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Central District of California

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

PornSexChat.online has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.

Factors considered in determining appropriate action include:

  • Number of copyright infringement claims against the user
  • Nature and severity of the infringing content
  • User's history of compliance with DMCA procedures
  • Whether the infringement appears to be willful or repetitive

Protection of Good Faith Claims

We take seriously our obligation to prevent the submission of false or abusive DMCA notices. Please be advised that anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability under the DMCA. This includes making false claims about infringing content or submitting takedown notices without proper authorization from the copyright owner.
